Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Indy Bin Rental LLC ("we", "us") rents reusable moving bins and related equipment in and around Northern Indianapolis. By booking on this site you agree to these Terms and to the Rental Agreement.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed when payment succeeds. Prices shown exclude Indiana sales tax, which is added at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely by our payment processor (Stripe) and, as described in the Rental Agreement, may be charged for rental extensions and equipment fees.

3. Changes and cancellations

You may change or cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Later changes are handled case by case and may incur the late-change fee shown on the pricing page.

4. Service area

Delivery and pickup are offered inside our published service area only. We may decline or refund a booking whose addresses fall outside it.

5. Liability

We provide bins, not packing or moving services. We are not responsible for the contents of the bins or for damage to items packed in them. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental.

6. Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box at booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Indy Bin Rental about your rental at the mobile number you provide: up to 10 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of renting. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hamilton or Marion County, Indiana.
