Equipment Rental Agreement

1. Parties and equipment

This agreement is between Indy Bin Rental LLC ("we") and the customer named on the booking ("you"). The equipment is the number of bins, lids, dollies, and blankets listed on your order confirmation.

2. Rental period

The rental begins on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date shown on your confirmation. The base rental includes 7 days. You may extend in whole-week increments from your rental page; each extension is charged at the extra-week rate shown on the pricing page at the time of booking.

3. Automatic extensions

If equipment is not available for collection during the scheduled pickup window and you have not rescheduled, we will contact you. If the equipment is still not returned, one additional week will be charged automatically and a new pickup will be scheduled. A re-trip fee of $35 applies when a scheduled pickup cannot be completed because the equipment was not accessible.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver to and collect from the addresses on your booking during the chosen time windows. You authorize us to leave equipment unattended at the delivery address in the location you specify; we will photograph the delivered stack. You agree to have empty, nested equipment accessible and dry at the pickup address during the pickup window.

5. Care of equipment

Use the bins for household moving only. Do not use them for liquids, hazardous materials, paint, food waste, or animals. Do not write on or attach adhesive to the bins other than the labels we provide. Normal wear is expected and is not charged.

You authorize Indy Bin Rental LLC to charge the payment method saved at booking for rental extensions, re-trip fees, and loss or damage fees described in this agreement. We will email a receipt for every charge. Charges above $300 will be requested through a secure payment link rather than charged automatically.

8. Changes and cancellation

Changes and cancellations are free until 48 hours before delivery. Cancellations after that may be subject to the late-change fee on the pricing page.

9. Liability

We supply equipment only. You are responsible for how items are packed and moved. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Indiana law. Your electronic acceptance at booking, including the date, time, and IP address, is our record of your agreement.
