Not for delivery: tell us where to leave the stack and we'll send a photo. For pickup, leave the empty bins stacked somewhere accessible and dry, like a porch or garage.

Yes. Every bin is washed and sanitized after each rental before it goes back into a kit.

About 27 gallons: roughly 31 by 20 by 14.5 inches. Big enough for a kitchen cabinet's worth of dishes, small enough that one person can carry it.

Normal scuffs are on us. Cracked, missing, or painted bins are charged at the fee on the pricing page, to the card on file. We photograph the stack at delivery and pickup so there's never an argument.

Yes, free up to 48 hours before delivery from your rental page. Inside 48 hours, text us and we'll do our best.

Roughly 15 for a studio, 20 for a one or two bedroom, 30 for a two or three bedroom house, 40 for three to four bedrooms. Kitchens and book collections push you up a size. If in doubt, size up; it's cheaper than a second delivery.

Absolutely. They stack five high with lids snapped and zip-tied, and they don't crush like cardboard. Movers love them because they load fast.

Saturdays, yes. Sundays are our cleaning and reset day, so we don't deliver or pick up on Sundays.

Anywhere within 25 miles of our depot in Northern Indianapolis, as long as your two addresses are also within 25 miles of each other. The service area page has a map.

Not yet. Moving blankets are available as an add-on for furniture. Towels and t-shirts make excellent dish padding.

Online at booking with any major card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Your card is saved securely by Stripe so extensions and any fees don't need a second checkout; you always get an emailed receipt.
