What we collect

To deliver and pick up bins we need your name, email, mobile number, and the two addresses involved in your move, plus any access notes you give us. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To run your rental: confirmations, delivery-day texts, pickup reminders, receipts, and support. We also keep delivery and pickup photos for a limited time to resolve any questions about equipment counts.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the business (payment processing, email, SMS delivery, maps) and only as needed to serve you.

Text messages (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is used only to send transactional messages about your rental (up to 10 messages per rental) and to answer texts you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Retention

We keep rental records for accounting purposes. Access notes, photos, and rental page links are cleared within 12 months of your rental ending.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies needed for booking and for staff sign-in. No advertising trackers.
