Program description

Indy Bin Rental Rental Alerts is a transactional text message program from Indy Bin Rental LLC. When you opt in at booking, we send messages about your bin rental: booking confirmation, a reminder the day before delivery, a text when the driver is on the way, delivery confirmation, a pickup reminder with the option to add a week, pickup confirmation, and receipts for any charges to your card on file. We may also reply to questions you text us.

Message frequency

Up to 10 messages per rental. Frequency varies with the length of your rental and any changes you make.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Indy Bin Rental does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form and providing your mobile number, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting from us: you can uncheck the box and we'll use email instead.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone. Information we collect is used only to run your rental. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
